Attached for your information and guidance is a Xerox copy of the letter dated November 13, 1995 of Mr. Emmanuel T. Velasco, Chairman, Tariff Commission to Mr. Santi M. Dapul, General Manager, KKC Inc. regarding his request for the proper tariff classification of “Rainbow SE Vacuum Sweeper.”
