AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-TWO OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, PROVIDING FOR THE REGISTRATION OF DOCTOR'S CERTIFICATE IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same :

SECTION 1. Section seven hundred and eighty-two of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Revised Administrative Code, providing for the registration of doctor's certificate in the office of the Register of Deeds of the province or city where he desires to practice and the collection of ten-peso fee for the first registration is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
