DECLARING MONDAY, 21 JULY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on 21 July 2025, Monday, the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga will mark the celebration of its 13 th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 21 July 21, 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Province of Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
