INCREASE IN CARGO HANDLING RATES FOR NORTH HARBOR

The PPA Board of Directors, in its meeting held on August 11, 1997 approved an 8% interim increase in cargo handling rates for PMO North Harbor per Ex-Com Board Resolution 97-485.

The rate increase shall take effect on September 1, 1997.

This Circular shall be published once a week, for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation prior to its implementation.
