[ LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 778, November 28, 1978 ]
TO: The Director Bureau of Mines
In order to clarify the scope and intent of Letter of Instructions No, 757, and to enable the mining claim-owners and/or mining operators to continue their mining activities on the area covered thereby, you are hereby directed:
To resume processing of existing mining claims embracing areas described in Letter of Instructions No. 757; and
To allow claimholders, mining operators, permittees and lessees to resume their mining operations on their said mining areas provided that the development of uranium and/or any nuclear fuel mineral deposits that may be found therein shall be governed by the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1101.
Done in the City of Manila, this 28th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-eight.
