AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AN INDUSTRIAL AREA, LOCATED IN VITAS, TONDO, MANILA AND SURROUNDED BY SEVERAL BARANGAYS, NAMELY: BARANGAY NOS. 94, 96, 99, 101, 102 AND 106, INTO A RESIDENTIAL AREA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. An Industrial Area, located in Vitas, Tondo, Manila and surrounded by several barangays, namely: Barangay Nos. 94, 96, 99, 101, 102 and 106, is hereby reclassified into a Residential Area.

SEC. 2. The vicinity map covering the proposed reclassification shall be made an integral part of this Ordinance.

SEC. 3. Repealing Clause. — All ordinances, rules and regulations or portions thereof which are contrary to the provisions of this Ordinance or portions hereof are hereby deemed repealed or modified accordingly.

SEC. 4. — This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on June 2, 2015.
