NEWLY APPROVED RATES OF ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

1.0 Purpose

This Memorandum Circular is issued pursuant to the PEZA Board of Directors’ resolution no. 06-229 dated 24 May 2006 which aims to rationalize the amount of Administrative Fee being collected from the ecozone developers/operators.

2.0 Scope

This circular shall apply to all ecozone developers/operators.

3.0 Schedule of Revised Rates

As approved by the PEZA Board of Directors in its meeting in 23 May 2006, through Resolution No. 06-229, the new Annual Administrative Fee (AAF) of ecozone developers/ operators shall be a flat rate of Pesos: Forty Five Thousand (Php45,000) per active/ operating locator per year.

4.0 Effectivity

The effectivity of the new administrative fee shall be as of 01 June 2006.
