NEW LINE HANDLING RATES FOR DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN VESSELS

In order to rationalize the service rates of line handling and ensure its strict implementation at any port under the jurisdiction of the Authority, Section 4.2 of PPA MC 29-99 is hereby amended and the following line handling (making fast and letting go lines) rates are prescribed:

III. Conditions

1. Charging of the above rates shall be on a per vessel per call basis

2. All other provisions of PPA MC 29-99 not included herein shall continue to be enforced.

3. All PPA Circulars and other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

4. This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
