COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES

Upon successful completion of the functional and operational testing, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the modules of the Driver’s Licensing System (DLS), Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) and Revenue Collection System (RCS) were issued for Toledo City District Office.

Accordingly, pursuant to the LTO Information Technology Project Build-Own-Operate Agreement of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fee for DLS and LETAS module applicable to your respective site as follows:

Computer Fees

Driver's Licensing System (DLS) P67.63

Law Enforcement and Traffic Adjudication System (LETAS) P67.63

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication in three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
