TO: The Commissioner Professional Regulation Commission

In order to insure the effective implementation of the 6-month rural training program required of nurses and physicians conceived by the Department of Health under the Rural Health Practice Program to make available more health and medical services to rural areas, you are hereby directed to require all successful examinees of the medical and nursing board examinations to present a duly signed certificate of completion of said 6-month rural training program as a prerequisite to their registration with that Commission.

Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-six.
