DECLARING FRIDAY, 01 SEPTEMBER 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALMERIA, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 01 September 2023, Friday, the Municipality of Almeria, Province of Biliran will mark the celebration of its 75 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Almeria be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, , LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R,. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 01 September 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Almeria, Province of Biliran.
