[ BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 502, June 10, 1983 ]

AN ACT CONVERTING THE LUSSOC BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. DOMINGO, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUSSOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled:

SECTION. 1. The Lussoc Barangay High School in the Municipality of Sto. Domingo, Province of Ilocos Sur, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Lussoc National High School.

SEC. 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
