RE: AMENDMENT TO MC TITLED "REVERSION OF YEARLY TESTING AND RESEALING OF TAXIMETER"

SUBJECT: CLARIFICATION TO MC 2010-022, RE: AMENDMENT TO MC TITLED "REVERSION OF YEARLY TESTING AND RESEALING OF TAXIMETER"

In relation to Memorandum Circular 2010-022, Re: AMENDMENT TO MC TITLED "REVERSION OF YEARLY TESTING AND RESEALING OF TAXIMETER dated May 7, 2010, this Board hereby reiterates that reseaiing of taxi units shall be made twice a year in the total amount of PhP500.00/ year.

Be it clarified that holder of Certificates of Public Convenience to Operate Taxi Air-Conditioned Service, whose unit/s was subjected to testing and reseaiing before the issuance of MC 2010-022, and has paid the fees and charges for two (2) testing and reseaiing/ year shall no longer be required to pay for the second testing and reseaiing for this year.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes and amends all issuances inconsistent herewith and shall take effect imediately.
