BANNING THE SLAUGHTER OF CARABAOS AND BUFFALOES
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Executive Order No. 100 dated November 2, 1967, which authorized the slaughter of carabaos and buffaloes under certain conditions, and revive Executive Order No. 46 dated September 12, 1966, which prohibits the slaughter of said animals to boost the country’s food production program.
Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy.
