DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS , Tuesday, February 3, 2004, marks the 54th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Tuesday, February 3m 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan
