ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 80 -99

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. GUILLJIE D. LIM, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Zamboanga City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Jolo and all the four (4) Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in Sulu, in addition to her regular duties, in her own court, without additional compensation except the reimbursement of travelling expenses with per diems, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court. She shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a hardship allowance as provided for in the Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC of the Court En Banc dated February 2, 1999.
