AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NUMBER ACL-2010-1271 FOR THE ONLINE AND REAL-TIME AUTHENTICATION AND VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES OF COVER FOR COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY LIABILITY (COC-CTPL) AND COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE POLICIES

Pending the actual and/or full implementation of the Enhanced Certificate of Cover Verification Facility or the ECOCVF, it is hereby clarified that Memorandum Circular Number RIB-2007-854 dated July 16, 2007, remains valid and effective.

All orders and/or memoranda that are inconsistent herewith are deemed superseded.
