EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVITY PERIOD TO APPLY FOR PERMITS UNDER MEMORANDUM CIRCULARS 07-08-2004 AND 08-08-2004

In the interest of the service and due to the clamor that the thirty (30) day period from effectivity of Memorandum Circulars 07-08-2004 and 08-08-2004 given to Mobile Phone Dealer, Retailer, Repair and Service Centers to apply for permits is not sufficient for all applicants, the Commission hereby extends the original period which expires on 25 September 2004 for another thirty (30) days or up to 25 October 2004.
