HANDICAPPING RULES (2ND REVISION) MAIDEN/ALLOWANCE/CLASS DIVISIONS

Please be informed that the Philracom Board, in its meeting held September 21, 2005, after due deliberation, resolved to include in the term INJURED HORSES, bleeders (epistaxis) as referred to in the HANDICAPPING RULES (2nd REVISION): Maiden/Allowance/Class Divisions.
