IMPLEMENTATION OF SRA SUGAR ORDER NO. 12, ENTITLED "TO MONITOR COASTWISE MOVEMENT OF SUGAR"

In order to monitor the shipment of sugar and prevent its illegal importation into the country and, at the same time, assist the Sugar Regulatory Administration in enforcing its regulation, attached is SRA Sugar Order No. 12 dated 02 June 1988. * PDOs/PMOs are hereby directed to disseminate this order to their respective shipping communities for their information and strict compliance.
