DECLARING MONDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALICIA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary on 28 September 2025, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Alicia to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 29 September 2025, Monday, be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 28 September 2025;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Alicia be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by the authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 29 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
