To ensure that maritime safety rules regulations are duly formulated, MARINA Advisory No. 2017-26 on the “Precautionary Measures and Other Related Safety Concerns in the Construction and Operation of RORO Passenger Cargo Ships in the Domestic Trade” is hereby RECALLED.

This Advisory shall take effect immediately after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.
