AUTHORIZED PRA REPRESENTATIVE TO ASSIST PROSPECTIVE PROGRAM APPLICANTS IN SECURING NBI CLEARANCE

In the interest of the service, all prospective retirees referred to the Program through a Marketer and who wish to secure an NBI Clearance shall be assisted only by authorized PRA representative instead of their Marketer, if any. NBI Clearance shall likewise be taken/obtained by PRA representative only, although the Marketer may be allowed to accompany especially if the applicant is non-English speaking.

All previous issuances/memoranda/office orders/ guidelines which are in conflict or inconsistent herewith are deemed amended/modified/revised accordingly.

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
