The Director General, NEDA

In view of the need to ensure that the adjustments of contract prices of public works projects, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 454, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 459, are reasonable and consistent, I hereby order you to submit to the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) the decisions of the Committee for review and approval. The decisions of the NEDA on the actions of the Committee shall be final upon approval by the President.

The NEDA shall no longer be represented in the Committee on Price Adjustment.
