DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 27 September 2022, Tuesday, the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas, will mark the 157th birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar, one of the most recognized leaders of the Philippine Revolution and the Philippine American War;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
