DECLARING SATURDAY, 20 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2026, Saturday, the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its 79 th Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFOR, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 20 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
