DECLARING MONDAY, 26 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA

WHEREAS , Monday, 26 February 2018, marks the celebration of the 81 st Charter Anniversary of the City of Zamboanga; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Zamboanga be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Monday, 26 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Zamboanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
