APPROVING THE FASTRACKING OF THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION AND LICENSE TO SELL

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 45 prescribes the time periods for issuance of housing related certifications, clearances and permits:

WHEREAS, it further provides that applications for housing-related certifications, clearances and permits maybe filed simultaneously with the local government units and concerned agencies and that an applicant may submit an affidavit, with supporting technical studies and documents by competent individuals in lieu of certification, clearance or Permit;

WHEREAS, after a review of the existing policies of the Board, there appears to be some areas and activities in the existing process which can be done simultaneously to further fast track the processing of application;

WHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that Section 10, Certificate of Registration of the IRR for PD 957 per Res. No. 763, S. of 2004 and Section 16 Certificate of Registration of the IRR for BP 220 per Res. No. 764, S. of 2004 be amended to read as follows:

"Section 10. Certificate of Registration.

After five (5) days from completion of the publication as provided for in Section 9 and upon submission of affidavit of publications executed by the publisher and an affidavit attesting to the posting of the billboard notice on site, the Board shall, in the absence of any impediment, issue a Certificate of Registration upon payment of the prescribed fees.

Section 16. Certificate of Registration

After five (5) days from the completion of the publication as provided for in Section 15 and upon submission of the affidavit of publications executed by the publisher, the Board shall, in the absence of an opposition to the registration of the project, issue a certificate of registration upon payment of the prescribed fees."

RESOLVED FURTHER, that one time computation of all fees be allowed and thatthe process flow for the issuance of certificate of registration and license to sell be revised accordingly.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall take effect immediately, as well as apply to pending applications.
