DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANSALAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 18 September 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur will mark the celebration of its 73 rd Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bansalan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Davao del Sur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
