DECLARING SATURDAY, 12 OCTOBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 12 October 2024, Saturday, the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Yamog Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pamplona be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Saturday, 12 October 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pamplona, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
