AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER JEEPNEY TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE LOADING AND. UNLOADING AREAS OF THE DASMARIÑAS - DIVISORIA JEEPNEY OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION, INCOPRORATED, LOCATED AT MUELLE DE LA INDUSTRIA, BANQUERO AND DASMARIÑAS

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a of Ordinance No. 7755 (under Jeepney Terminals), is hereby furthermore amended by including therein the loading and unloading areas of Dasmariñas - Divisoria Jeepney Operators and Drivers Association, Inc., to read as follows:

"Dasmariñas - Divisoria Jeepney Operators and Drivers Association, Inc.

Loading and Unloading Areas

a. Dasmarñas, Banquero - Holding bay Muelle de la Industria, M.D. Santos, Camba Divisoria."

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. - This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on September 16, 2014.
