AN ACT CONVERTING THE WANGAN BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN KALINAN, DAVAO CITY, INTO A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE WANGAN NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL.

Be it enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled: SECTION 1. The Wangan Barangay High School in Kalinan, Davao City, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school to be known as the Wangan National Agricultural School.

SEC. 2. The amount of two hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 80 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. Thereafter, the necessary sum for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
