Guidelines in Registration of Charitable, Educational, Religious, and Similar Institutions

Hereunder are the guidelines in the registration of charitable, educational, religious, and other similar institutions for the purpose of issuing VRB labels for their videograms, as adopted by the Board during its regular meeting held on December 19, 1988.

Registration – All charitable, educational, religious and other similar institutions engaged in the act of production, distribution, reproduction or exhibition, of relevant cinematographic art of work, performance or event using videogram as a medium, shall register with the Videogram Regulator Board.

All charitable, educational, religious and other similar institutions registered with the Board shall declare their videogram inventories to the Board and shall be issued the required VRB labels and stickers whenever so deserving under the Revised Rules and Regulations.

All videograms for charitable, educational, religious and for other similar purposes shall bear VRB labels and stickers before they can be distributed, exhibited, or disposed of. This shall take effect immediately.
