DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 7, 2010 , AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Friday, May 7, 2010, marks the 70 th Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, May 7, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
