DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 06 AUGUST 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PILAR, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON

WHEREAS, the 06 August 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pilar be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 06 August 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
