TO: The Ministry of Industry The Ministry of Trade The EPZA Board of Commissioners

Pursuant to Section 6 of PD 66 designating the Under-secretary of Trade and Industry as ex-officio member of the EPZA Board, in relation to PD 488 which created the Ministry of Industry and LOI 34 dated December 1975 which attached EPZA to the Ministry of Industry, I hereby instruct that effective immediately, the Deputy Ministry of Industry shall be an ex-officio member of the EPZA Board of Commissioners. The Deputy Minister of Industry shall act as Chairman of EPZA in the absence of a permanent Chairman duly appointed by the President under PD 66.
