ADDITIONAL ROUTES OPEN FOR ISSUANCE OF CPC UNDER THE UV EXPRESS SERVICE LEGALIZATION PROGRAM IN REGION 02

In view of the proliferation of Colorum vehicles and the submission by the Regional Director of LTFRB Regional Office No. 1 of the request of the Sangguniang Bayan of Conner, Apayao for the opening of the UV Express Service on the route Conner, Apayao – Tuguegarao City under the Board’s Legalization Program, the Board resolves to allow the acceptance for filing of application for issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience under the following route with corresponding number of units available based on the inventory conducted:

ROUTE NAME RMC DENO

Tuguegarao City – Conner, Apayao 15 UV

Accordingly, for purposes of proper information and dissemination and transparency, the Regional Director of Region 02 is hereby ordered to publish in a newspaper of regional circulation within the region the routes open for application. The acceptance for application shall be fifteen (15) days after the said publication. All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
