LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF G.C. BALMES CONSTRUCTION

All concerned are hereby advised that, due to the lapse of the one (1) year period of suspension of G.C. Balmes Construction and for having fully settled its obligations with the Government, the suspension/blacklisting of G.C. Balmes Construction per Department Order No. 3, Series of 1991, dated January 4, 1991 is hereby lifted effective this date. As a consequence, said Contractor is hereby allowed to participate in public biddings and to enter into contract with the Department and its line agencies.
