[ PROCLAMATION NO. 888, October 09, 2014 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 OCTOBER 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festival” in the month of October of every year;

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Province of Negros Oriental to celebrate and participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has requested that Friday, 24 October 2014, be declared as non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 24 October 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
