AN ACT MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS AS REIMBURSEMENT TO THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE FOR DEFALCATION SUFFERED BY THAT PROVINCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine. Legislature, that:

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of ten thousand pesos to reimburse the Province of Cavite for the defalcation suffered by the provincial treasury of said province, and for aid thereto for general purposes for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and fifteen.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
