AMENDING SECTION 6(B) AND SECTION 6(C) OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 02-01-2014

Pursuant to Act No. 3846, as amended and other applicable laws, Section 6(B) and Section 6(C) of Memorandum Circular No; 02-01-2014 is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 6:

B. Documents to be submitted for application for Permit to Purchase:

Copies of two (2) valid ID’s for individuals

Certified true copy of DTI/SEC Registration or Business Permit for companies and/or corporations

C. NTC Fees:

Application Fee - Php180.00/unit (for companies and/or corporations only)

Permit to Purchase Fee - Php96.00/unit

Documentary Stamp Tax - Php15.00/permit

All other provisions shall remain in effect.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after publication and may be revised, revoked or amended, in the interest of public service and as determined by the Commission.
