INCLUSION OF PUBLIC SHARED REPEATER SUBSCRIBER STATIONS TO THE PROVISIONS OF M.O. NO. 6-5-94

In the interest of the service and in order to help create level playing field and stimulate the growth of public shared repeater networks, the provisions of Memorandum Order No. 6-5-94, "Suspension of Licensing Requirements for Trunk Radio Subscribers, shall equally apply to the public shared repeater subscriber stations. This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
