ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FINAL THIRD QUARTER ALLOCATION FOR U. S. QUOTA YEAR 1998-1999
It is hereby published the final list of names of sugar exporters with their corresponding verified volumes of "A" sugar to be exported as their allocation for the Third (3rd) Quarter shipment for U.S. Quota Year 1998-1999, to wit:

Furthermore, the abovementioned exporters are hereby required to advise this Office, together with their applications for export clearances, about their designated vessel/s and the time of expected arrival/s in order for the SRA to effectively implement Sugar Order No. 9, Series of 1998-1999 dated March 23, 1999, with regards to "First Come, First Served" Policy Re: Export Quota to the U.S.
All concerned are hereby advised accordingly.
