SALE AND PURCHASE OF GOVERNMENT SECURITIES
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1166 dated October 26, 1990, approved the deferment of the effectivity of Circular No. 1256 to January 1, 1991 which governs the sale and purchase of government securities.
