DECLARING TUESDAY, 11 NOVEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 11 November 2025, Tuesday, the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its traditional Parada ng mga Kabayo/Tiburin Race;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Taal be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 11 November 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
