PENALTY FOR LATE RESEALING

Due to the clamor of Taxi Air-conditioned Service Operators for the reduction of penalty for late resealing, the Board hereby modifies Memorandum Circular 2004-045; Re: Schedule of Calibration and Resealing, dated December 21, 2004, with respect to the penalty imposition for late resealing from P250.00 per week to P125. 00 per week.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith, and takes effect immediately.
