REVOKING SECTION 6(c) OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 889 DATED DECEMBER 23, 1950, ENTITLED “REORGANIZING THE ARMED FORCES OF THE PHILIPPINES”

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke section 6(c) of Executive Order No. 389 dated December 23, 1950, entitled “Reorganizing the Armed Forces of the Philippines.”

Done in the City of Manila, this 7th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the eighth.
