ADDENDUM TO SECTION 4 OF DAO 99-46 RE: INCLUSION OF SUBIC BAY, ZAMBALES AS THE PORT OF ENTRY FOR IMPORTED WOOD MATERIALS

In the interest of the service and in order to assist importers in the entry of imported wood materials such as logs, lumber, veneer, plywood, other wood-based panels, poles and piles, pulpwood and wood chips, Section 4 of DENR Administrative Order No. 99-46: Revised Regulations Governing the Entry and Disposition of Imported Wood Materials is hereby amended to include the Port of Subic Bay in the Province of Zambales as additional Port of Entry for the Island of Luzon. This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and upon acknowledgement by the U.P. Law Center.
