OTHER CUSTOMS FEES AND CHARGES

Pursuant to Section 608 and 3302 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, the following customs fees shall be charged and collected for services rendered by the Bureau of Customs as indicated herein: 1. P 1,000.00 — filing fee in connection with the application for exemption from SGS Pre-Shipment Inspection Scheme by garment manufacturers-exporters.

2. P 2,000.00 — accreditation fee to the SGS Pre-Shipment Inspection Exemption Scheme.

3. P 1,000.00 — renewal of accreditation (biannual).

A filing fee shall also be required for the application of tentative release of CRF-questioned shipments under CMO 51-92 and CMO 12-93 subject to the following rate schedule:

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
