CANCELLATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF ACCREDITATION TO THE SGS-PSI EXEMPTION SCHEME

Effective immediately, the Certificate of Accreditation for Exemption from SGS Pre-shipment Inspection Scheme No. 36-94 granted to PHILIPPINE APPAREL, INC. pursuant to Joint Order 1-91 as amended and CMO 30A-93 is hereby CANCELLED for failure to settle outstanding accounts with the Bureau of Customs and in view of the suspension order issued by the District Collector, Port of Manila dated January 6, 1995.
